The Sector 4 Community Development Corporation is developing a Community Owned, Community Run Coffee Shop at 955 Genesee St., Rochester, NY
in the Historic 19th Ward. The Coffee Shop will be adjacent to the Brooks Landing Development and the University of Rochester. Urban Brew is currently under construction. We are currently raising money for phase II of the Urban Brew project.
We have successfully saved the old Carr Pharmacy building.
